Install IPTV Smarters Pro on Amazon Firestick / Fire TV
Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. On newer models, you may need to find Developer Options by going to About and clicking on your device name 7 times first.
Install the Downloader App
Return to the home screen, open the Search function, type "Downloader" and install the official Downloader app by AFTVnews from the Amazon Appstore.
Download IPTV Smarters Pro APK
Open the Downloader app, type the IPTV Smarters Pro download URL in the URL field, and press Go. The APK file will download automatically.
Install the APK
Once the download completes, tap Install. Wait for the installation to finish, then press Done.
Open & Login

Install IPTV Smarters on Samsung Smart TV
Open Samsung Smart Hub
Press the Home button on your Samsung remote to open the Smart Hub. Navigate to Apps.
Search for the App

Install IPTV Smarters Pro on Windows PC / Laptop
Download the Installer
Visit the official IPTV Smarters Pro website and navigate to the Downloads section. Download the Windows installer (.exe file).
Run the Installer

Setup IPTV on MAG Box (MAG 254/256/322/324/420/524)
Connect & Boot Up
Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Power on the device and wait for it to boot.
Access Settings
Press the Menu button on your remote. Go to System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Enter Portal URL
In Portal 1 Name, type a name (e.g., "IPTV Ireland"). In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal URL we provide you after purchase.
Save & Restart
Press OK to save. Go back to the main menu and Restart Portal. Your channels will load automatically.
💡 MAG Box Info
MAG boxes use a MAC address system rather than username/password. After purchasing your IPTV subscription, send us your MAG box's MAC address (found in Settings → Device Info) via WhatsApp and we'll activate your device remotely.

🔄 Channels Not Loading
Double-check your server URL, username, and password for typos. Ensure your subscription is active. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, restart your device and router.
⏳ Buffering or Freezing
Check your internet speed — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD. Use an Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi if possible. Close other apps using bandwidth. Our anti-freeze technology handles most buffering, but a VPN may help if your ISP is throttling.
❌ "Login Failed" Error
Verify your credentials are entered exactly as provided — they are case-sensitive. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the URL. If you've recently renewed, wait 5 minutes for the system to update, then try again.
📺 Black Screen on Some Channels
Try switching the player within the app: go to Settings → Player and switch between the internal and external player. Also try changing the video decoder from software to hardware or vice versa.
📖 EPG (TV Guide) Not Showing
Go to Settings → EPG Settings and tap Refresh EPG. This may take a minute to load. Ensure the EPG URL is correctly configured (it should auto-load with your Xtream Codes credentials).
